Yep, I'm over the weight. For some reason, and despite my dreams, it is still there when I wake up in each morning. So I guess that means I have work to do. This blog is the fruits (ha, ha) of my labor (pain).

And just so you know, I fully intend on taking my emotions out on you. Hope that’s cool. During long weeks we’ll be running on steam. After late nights I’ll be dragging. If you could help me pick it up in those moments, that’d be great. And definitely don’t let me stop. There will be runs in the dead of winter. Runs in the rain. Runs on frozen mornings. Also, puddles. There will be lots puddles.  But you’re cool with that right? So thanks in advance. For being awesome.   Xoxo, Me.
