Yep, I'm over the weight. For some reason, and despite my dreams, it is still there when I wake up in each morning. So I guess that means I have work to do. This blog is the fruits (ha, ha) of my labor (pain).

    november. a new month. a new leaf. another chance. every month we say “this one will be it.” “this is where i’ll lose all the weight.” but this month is different. in november, i will stop criticizing what i see in the mirror. i will not weigh myself, not even once. i will eat like i know i should, and exercise as often as i can. i will admire every pinch of flesh, every inch of skin, every part of me. one day isn’t going to ruin everything i work for. not two days. hell, not even a week. so here’s to us. here’s to november. and reaching our goals. but more importantly? loving who we are. regardless of a number, a weight, or a flaw.
