The big night is over and the year ahead is staring you in the face. You’ve locked target on big goals and you’re determined that this year will be your year. 
But screw that! Let’s talk about TODAY.
Today, “health” isn’t going to be something you ARE or ARE NOT. In fact, you are not going to BE healthy at all this year. No one is. Why? Because health is something you DO. In every moment, you have a choice to DO healthy or DON’T. All those little choices add up. And that’s how you achieve those big goals.So when you’re deciding whether to set your alarm early to workout or sleep in, eat breakfast, pack your lunch, walk or bike to work, make a workout date with a buddy or cook dinner for yourself or friends, DO HEALTHY. One healthy choice leads into another and your life continues to upgrade. Get DO’ing!

To sum it up in one word - uncomfortable.

On so many levels, so very uncomfortable. I acknowledge I have loved a very comfortable and blessed life. This year played out as it should and I know that in order to grow, to stretch, to learn about yourself and those who love you it takes some discomfort. God has kept me this year and I know all things happen on his time, so I am about the short term pain for long term gain.

2014 - let’s go.
